Handmade with care

Every Mamina Mallorca garment is handmade to order in my atelier in Mallorca.

Creating each piece takes time and attention to detail. Most orders are ready to ship within 1–2 weeks, although production times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packed and shipped from Mallorca.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping provider.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever available.

Please note that customs duties or import taxes for countries outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Destinations

Mamina Mallorca currently ships throughout Europe, including Switzerland and the Canary Islands.

If your country is not available, please feel free to get in touch and I will do my best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Every Mamina Mallorca garment is handmade exclusively to your individual specifications. As each piece is made especially for you, orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once production has begun, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives with a defect or does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We will carefully review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. If production has not yet started, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, as every garment is made individually for you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside my control.

If your shipment appears to be delayed or lost, I will gladly help you contact the carrier and find the best solution.
